Who are we but strolling players,
Wand'ring through the long ago
Joys and sadness, hopes and longing,
Keep us traveling onward though,
The laughter and applause of others
Who view the passing cavalcade
Leaves echoes hovering some far summer
Floating round a woodland glade
'Twas but a tale for your amusement
Like my small unworthy rhyme
Gone, alas, into those realms,
The land of Once Upon A Time

Around Tofino

Most days we just loved to wander around the small town of Tofino.

With water on one side, it is your typical harbor town, complete with docks, bars and restaurants.

This was quickly our favorite, and we still say it is one of the best sushi restaurants we have eaten in.

The Inn had a few hikes around it as well,

Ending on a beautiful bluff.

and walking past HUGE trees!

A view of the beach from the Inn.

Finally, our beloved Yaris, the rental car we picked up to drive over to Eukleulet.

A church in town, that reminded me of Steeple Arts.

Another great restaurant, this one had a yummy brunch.

And there was plenty of cool Native American influence around as well.

Our drive to Eucluelet.

Beautiful scenery,

A WWII memorial we stopped at, although you can't tell from the pic.

And our favorite chocolate shop we frequented!
