Who are we but strolling players,
Wand'ring through the long ago
Joys and sadness, hopes and longing,
Keep us traveling onward though,
The laughter and applause of others
Who view the passing cavalcade
Leaves echoes hovering some far summer
Floating round a woodland glade
'Twas but a tale for your amusement
Like my small unworthy rhyme
Gone, alas, into those realms,
The land of Once Upon A Time

Our Honeymoon

We flew out of Birmingham at 6 am on the morning of the 15th, which meant we had to get up at 4.  So after 4 hours of sleep, we were zombies on the plane.  I never sleep, but slept most of the trip from Houston to Vancouver.

Once in Vancouver we had to take a float plane to Tofino.

I was not prepared for how small, or how turbulent this flight would be.

All our luggage and us will fit in here??

But we did, and chase even got to be co pilot!

A view of Vancouver.

The flight was gorgeous, and included views of glaciers!

A WW2 plane that is now used as an island hopper.

A view of the hotel!

Our room was on the top floor.

The airport in Tofino!
